Shipping policy

Posting:- Stock readily available will be shipped within 5-7 business days once checkout is completed. Postal days are Monday and Fridays All items within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail. Shipping outside of the UK will be sent tracked. If you place more than one order close together, I will try to combine your orders and refund the duplicate postage amount. Please do contact me if you have or will make a large order as the best shipping option may not be listed. 

Dyed to order, themed yarn boxes and yarn clubs will each have their own shipping dates - please refer to each listing.

In the event your yarn does not arrive, please allow up to 30 days (up to 45 days for overseas orders) once dispatched to contact me. All tracking information will be available and updated on your order. In the event your item does not arrive within these dates, please do send me a message to rainbowfusionsuk@hotmail.com along with your name and order number so I am able to resolve. 

I will not be held responsible if you have entered an incorrect postal address, please ensure all is correct before you complete your checkout.
