Yarn Clubs and Dyed to Order :- All clubs and dyed to order listings are paid for in advance. Simply select which club or dyed to order you would like and checkout as you would normally. Each club or dyed to order have their own dispatch times. If you purchase in stock items, please checkout using a separate transaction if you would like these dispatched earlier otherwise all will be sent once the clubs or dyed to order are ready to send.

For clubs, my cut off for dyeing the quantities will be the 15th of each month, if you order after this date then please be aware you may need to wait a full month before a dispatch notification.

Posting:- Stock readily available will be shipped within 3 business days once checkout is completed. All items within the UK will be sent first class by Royal Mail. Shipping outside of the UK will be sent tracked and signed. If you place more than one order close together, I will try to combine your orders and refund the duplicate postage amount. Please do contact me if you have or will make a large order as the best shipping option may not be listed. 

Any excess postage charges will be refunded. Dyed to order and yarn clubs will each have their own shipping dates - please refer to each listing.

In the event your yarn does not arrive, please allow up to 14 days (up to 30 days for overseas orders) once dispatched to contact me. All tracking information will be available and updated on your order. In the event your item does not arrive within these dates, please do send me a message to rainbowfusionsuk@hotmail.com along with your name and order number so I am able to resolve. 

I will not be held responsible if you have entered an incorrect postal address, please ensure all is correct before you complete your checkout. 

Faulty items:- If for any reason your items are faulty, please do send me an email with photos of the fault/s and a short explanation to Rainbowfusionsuk@hotmail.com or by using the contact form here within 30 days from dispatch. 
I will happily replace or refund if an item faulty or wrongly sent. 
Post it back to me (return address will be given when you contact me) enclosing your name and order number making sure to obtain a proof of postage. 
Once I receive the items I will kindly send a replacement or alternative for the same cost or a FULL refund including postage. 
This is as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against our recommendations, or reasonable wear and tear.
SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty or wrongly delivered. 

:- Items can be returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, no quibbles. Please do send me a message to discuss, I can then explain what to do and where to send to. The yarn must be in the same condition and state it was sent to you. Under no circumstances will I refund or exchange any yarn that has been balled/caked/worked with or with pet hair or fragrances and scents. 

Please note that postage will not be refunded, nor will you be reimbursed for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Please obtain proof of postage for all returns. If your returned parcel does not arrive with us, it is your responsibility to seek compensation and a refund or exchange will not be issued.

I am sorry but I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, yarn clubs or seasonal boxes. SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty or wrongly delivered.
